Admin Position

📍 Calgary, AB🕒 Full-Time

We're looking for an organized, personable administrator to run the front office of Calgary Pest Control. You'll be the first point of contact for customers and a key part of keeping our technicians scheduled and our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and emails, and respond to customer inquiries
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments for technicians
  • Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate records
  • Support the owner/management with general administrative tasks
  • Follow up with customers on quotes, bookings, and service satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with basic computer software (email, scheduling, spreadsheets)
  • Highly organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
  • Previous admin or customer service experience is an asset

Service Technician

📍 Calgary & Surrounding Areas🕒 Full-Time

Join our field team delivering safe, effective pest control treatments to homes and businesses throughout Calgary and surrounding communities. No experience necessary — we provide full training and support toward your pest control certification.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to residential and commercial properties to perform pest inspections and treatments
  • Identify pest issues and apply the appropriate treatment method
  • Explain findings and treatment plans to customers clearly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety protocols
  • Represent Calgary Pest Control with a professional, courteous attitude on every job

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces, basements)
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to obtain a pest control license (training provided)
